Technology Transfer comprises both the transfer of documentation and the demonstrated ability of Intravacc to effectively perform the critical elements of the transferred technology, to the satisfaction of all parties and any applicable regulatory bodies.
A transfer of know-how
It is important to realize that a Tech Transfer is more than just an exchange of analytical method or process information, it is a transfer of know-how. In some cases, the know-how behind the product and process is not fully described in the procedures. This might be a potential risk and may create a significant gap during the Tech Transfer phase, resulting in the loss of valuable information.
